Shipping Policy

Looks like you are ready to place an order! We make every effort to process your order within 24 hours.

We do not ship internationally, or to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Processing time

All processed orders will dispatch within 24-36 hours from Monday to Friday. Please see our Holiday Schedule for more details. Allow 5-8 business days for your order to arrive if using a default carrier. If you have not received your order in a reasonable timeframe, please contact us.

Multiple packages

In order to comply with carrier policies in handling heavy or large items, our products are mailed out in single packages. An individual package might be picked up by different carrier trucks and delivered separately. When purchasing multiple items, please be prepared to receive packages in different time segments. To avoid confusion, please refer to your order confirmation email for a complete list.

Order confirmation & tracking

Once your order is successfully processed, an order confirmation email will be sent to you. After the carrier scans your order, another shipping confirmation email with the relevant tracking number will be sent out. You can track your parcel via the following links:

Please note: Power Ridge® products can only be shipped via FexEx, not UPS.

Our carriers are unable to ship or deliver on the following dates. Please note shipping estimates will begin the following business day. For holiday shipping cutoff, please order at least 8 days ahead. Please note that you might experience a delay of 2-3 business days during peak season.

Fast Return

We want to be sure you’re as happy with your Westfield Outdoor® product as we are. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer free returns for a refund within 30 days of your purchase, provided it is unused and is still in its original packaging. For products purchased from an authorized dealer, their return policy applies - please contact them directly for more information.

To Start a Return

Please email your order number and a photo of the item in its original state to Our customer service team will reply within 24-48 hours, year-round. For more information, you can also call our toll free customer service number 877-579-1550. 

When accepted, we will email you a prepaid return label via email and initiate a full refund within 24 hours of receiving the returned item. You can track the return item via the return label provided.
